Holy Week at PUMC

Parkwood United Methodist Church invites you to join in special services and events as we observe Holy Week.

Saturday March 28th

Easter Egg Hunt – 10 am

Children, up to 12 years old, are invited to hunt for eggs and play games.

Come to the Table  – 5:30 PM

Together we will worship and celebrate communion as we gather at the table for dinner.

Sunday, March 29th

Sunday School – 9:30 AM

Palm Sunday Worship Service –  11 AM

We will gather outside of the sanctuary and process in to worship together .

Thursday, April 2nd

Maundy Thursday Common Meal and Service – 6:15 PM

Friday, April 3rd

Good Friday Vigil – 12-3 PM and 6-7 PM

Church will be open for prayer and you will have the opportunity to walk through the Stations of the Cross

Tenebrae Service – 7 PM

Sunday, April 5th

Easter Sunrise Service – 7 AM

No Sunday School

Easter Worship Service – 11 AM

Come to the Table

This is a new worship opportunity at Parkwood United Methodist Church that will take place on Saturday evening, March 28th at 5:30 pm.

Join us as we gather around the table for food and worship and discuss the topic of ‘Food and Faith’ during our sermon time. Childcare will be provided and activities for older children staying in worship with us will be at every table.

We will close with communion.

Parkwood UMC Easter Egg Hunt

You are invited on March 28th at 10 am to join us for our Easter Egg Hunt. There will be lots of eggs, lots of candy, and lots of games. This event is for all ages and kids will be divided by age to ensure that everyone, even our little ones, have an opportunity to bring home lots of eggs!
