Worship for Maundy Thursday with Parkwood UMC, April 9, 2020
We hope you will take time to worship with us on Maundy Thursday, April 9th The Liturgy video will be available on YouTube starting at 5 PM on Thursday, April 9. This video includes the piano accompaniment for the singing parts of the liturgy. Use the link below to access the video.
Please note that you do not need to use the video to have meaningful worship at home. You can simply use the liturgy guide and create holy worship around your own table at home.
What You Will Need:
A copy of the liturgy, either on a device or in printed form, for each person participating with you.
1 candle and a lighter or matches
A bible
A cross to place at the center of the table
Bread and a meal to share

Attentive to the needs of those who may feel blue at Christmas, you are invited into a sacred space to join with others who may be living through difficult times. This service will be reflective, accepting of where we really are, while holding out healing and hope.

Gather with Parkwood United Methodist Church for a new sermon series beginning Sunday, August 5th. This series based on the book of Ephesians.
Each Wednesday evening, beginning August 8th, we will meet at 6:30 pm for a bible study to dive deeper into that week’s sermon scripture passage. The study time will be fifty-five minutes so that study participants may also attend choir rehearsal if desired. (Choir kicks off on Aug. 15.)
No extra study materials are needed, just come, bring a bible and an open mind.
